DramaTix 私隱政策

DramaTix（下稱「本App」）由獨立開發者營運，致力保障用戶嘅個人資料私隱。本政策說明本App會收集邊啲資料、點樣使用，以及用戶擁有嘅相關權利。本政策適用範圍涵蓋香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》所定義嘅個人資料處理原則。
1. 我哋收集嘅資料
本App只會收集為提供核心功能所必要嘅資料，具體包括：
- 帳戶資料：本App只支援使用 Google 或 Apple 帳戶登入（冇獨立嘅電郵／密碼註冊）。Google 登入會收集你嘅電郵地址、姓名同頭像（由 Google 提供）；Apple 登入只會收集你嘅電郵地址（我哋冇向 Apple 索取你嘅姓名）。呢啲資料用作帳戶識別同登入用途。
- 使用資料：包括你喺App內嘅收藏劇目、追蹤嘅劇團／演員，以及你設定嘅提醒事項。呢啲資料只會儲存喺你嘅帳戶下，用作提供個人化嘅內容顯示。
- 隱藏／靜音設定：如果你選擇隱藏（靜音）某位藝術家或劇團，我哋會記錄呢個設定，純粹用嚟喺你自己嘅瀏覽畫面淡化或篩走相關節目。呢個設定係私人嘅，只影響你自己嘅瀏覽體驗，唔會公開顯示或分享俾其他用戶。
- 觀劇日曆／購票紀錄：你可以自願記錄你嘅觀劇紀錄，包括自訂劇名、場次日期時間、票價（正／優惠）、人數、服務費、購票平台、入場方式、座位資訊（包括你自訂嘅座位暱稱）、評分同備註。呢啲資料由你自行輸入、完全由你控制，只儲存喺你自己嘅帳戶下；如你喺備註欄寫入第三方人物姓名（例如夾錢觀劇嘅朋友名單），請注意呢屬於你自行輸入嘅內容，我哋建議你避免輸入他人非必要嘅個人資料。
- 觀眾視角相片：如你選擇使用呢個功能，你可以上傳你喺劇院座位拍攝嘅視角相片，幫助其他用戶了解座位視野。上傳時我哋會自動移除相片嘅EXIF中繼資料（包括GPS位置、裝置型號、拍攝時間）。相片經我哋團隊人手審核後，會公開顯示俾所有用戶參考；未經審核或被舉報嘅相片唔會公開。
- 相片庫存取權限：如你選擇上傳觀眾視角相片，本App會請求你裝置嘅相片庫存取權限，你只需要揀選你想上傳嘅相片，App唔會存取相機或其他相片。
- 行事曆存取權限：如你選擇將演出場次加入手機行事曆，本App會請求你裝置嘅行事曆讀寫權限，將場次資料直接寫入你揀選嘅本機行事曆。呢個操作喺你裝置本機完成，唔經過我哋嘅伺服器。
- 劇團／主辦單位公開提報：如你（包括未登入嘅用戶）透過「提報新劇目或更正資料」表格提交資料，我哋會收集你提供嘅姓名、電郵地址、佐證連結，以及你選填上傳嘅海報圖片，用作核實同聯絡用途。
- 匿名裝置識別碼：如果你未登入帳戶就使用收藏／追蹤／提醒／隱藏功能，本App會喺你裝置本機生成一個隨機嘅匿名裝置識別碼，用嚟記錄你嘅使用內容同執行免費用量限制。呢個識別碼唔連結任何可識別你個人身份嘅資料（例如姓名、電郵），如你之後登入帳戶，相關紀錄可以轉移到你嘅帳戶下；如未登入而重新安裝App，呢個識別碼會失效，相關紀錄將無法再連結返你。
- 推播通知資料：為咗向你發送票務提醒（例如早鳥優惠、開賣提醒，或者你追蹤緊嘅藝術家／劇團有新節目），本App會透過你裝置嘅推播通知服務取得一個裝置識別碼（push notification token）。呢個識別碼純粹用作發送通知，唔會用作其他用途。
本App唔會收集你嘅地理位置資料。
2. 資料點樣使用
我哋收集嘅資料只會用於以下目的：
- 維持你嘅帳戶登入狀態
- 顯示你收藏／追蹤嘅劇目同劇團資訊，並按你嘅隱藏／靜音設定調整你所見嘅內容
- 根據你嘅設定發送票務相關推播通知，包括你追蹤緊嘅藝術家／劇團有新節目嘅提醒
- 將你輸入嘅場次提醒寫入你裝置嘅本機行事曆
- 審核你上傳嘅觀眾視角相片，並喺核准後公開展示俾其他用戶參考座位視野
- 核實同跟進你透過「劇團／主辦單位公開提報」表格提交嘅演出資料
- 診斷技術問題，維持App正常運作
- 將用戶嘅收藏／追蹤／隱藏數據整理做匿名化嘅統計分析（例如「最多人追蹤嘅劇團／演員排行」），用於改善產品功能同了解整體用戶興趣趨勢。呢類分析只涉及aggregate（匯總）數字，不會識別個別用戶身份
我哋唔會將你嘅個人資料用作廣告投放，亦唔會將資料出售或出租俾第三方作商業推廣用途。
3. 資料儲存同保安
你嘅帳戶同使用資料儲存喺 Supabase（一個提供資料庫託管服務嘅雲端服務供應商）。我哋採取合理嘅技術措施保障資料安全，防止未經授權嘅存取、更改或洩漏。
4. 資料分享
我哋唔會將你嘅個人資料分享俾第三方，惟以下情況除外：
- 為提供服務所必要嘅服務供應商（例如資料庫託管服務 Supabase、推播通知服務、應用程式商店平台），佢哋只會喺為本App提供服務嘅範圍內處理相關資料
- 因應法律要求或政府機關嘅合法要求
經審核核准嘅觀眾視角相片會喺App內公開顯示俾所有用戶睇（唔會顯示你嘅帳戶身份），用作幫助其他用戶了解座位視野之用。
5. 你嘅權利
根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權：
- 查閱我哋持有關於你嘅個人資料
- 要求更正不準確嘅個人資料
- 要求刪除你嘅帳戶及相關資料

6. 兒童私隱
本App唔係專為13歲以下兒童設計，亦不會刻意收集13歲以下兒童嘅個人資料。如發現有關情況，我哋會盡快刪除相關資料。
7. 政策更新
我哋可能會不時更新本私隱政策。任何重大更改，我哋會透過App內通知或更新本頁面嘅生效日期告知你。建議你定期查閱本頁面以了解最新內容。

DramaTix Privacy Policy

DramaTix ("the App") is operated by an independent developer and is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and the rights you have in relation to that data. This policy applies in accordance with the data protection principles set out in Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
1. Data We Collect
The App only collects data that is necessary to provide its core features, specifically:
- Account information: The App only supports signing in with a Google or Apple account (there is no separate email/password registration). Signing in with Google collects your email address, name, and profile photo (as provided by Google); signing in with Apple collects only your email address (we do not request your name from Apple). This data is used for account identification and login purposes.
- Usage data: Including shows you have favourited, theatre companies/performers you follow, and reminders you have set. This data is stored under your account and used to provide personalised content display.
- Hidden/muted preferences: If you choose to hide (mute) a particular artist or theatre company, we record this preference solely to de-emphasise or filter out related shows from your own browsing view. This preference is private, affects only your own browsing experience, and is never displayed publicly or shared with other users.
- Theatre-going calendar / booking records: You may optionally record your own theatre-going history, including a custom show name, performance date/time, ticket price(s), number of tickets, service fee, ticket platform, entry method, seat information (including a custom seat nickname you set), rating, and notes. This data is entered by you, fully under your control, and is stored only under your own account; if you enter a third party's name in the notes field (e.g. a list of friends splitting ticket costs), please note this is your own input — we recommend avoiding entering other people's personal data unless necessary.
- Seat-view photos: If you choose to use this feature, you may upload a photo taken from your seat to help other users understand the sightline from that seat. EXIF metadata (including GPS location, device model, and capture time) is automatically stripped on upload. Photos are manually reviewed by our team before being displayed publicly to all users; unreviewed or reported photos are not made public.
- Photo library access: If you choose to upload a seat-view photo, the App will request access to your device's photo library. You only select the photo(s) you wish to upload — the App does not access your camera or other photos.
- Calendar access: If you choose to add a show's performance to your phone's calendar, the App will request read/write access to your device's calendar and write the event directly into the local calendar you select. This happens entirely on your device and does not pass through our servers.
- Public show submissions: If you (including users who are not logged in) submit information via the "Submit a new show or correction" form, we collect the name, email address, and supporting link you provide, along with an optional poster image you upload, for verification and contact purposes.
- Anonymous device identifier: If you use the favourites/follow/reminder/hide features without logging in, the App generates a random anonymous device identifier locally on your device to record your usage and enforce free-usage limits. This identifier is not linked to any personally identifiable information (such as your name or email). If you later log in, associated records may be transferred to your account; if you reinstall the App without having logged in, this identifier will become invalid and associated records can no longer be linked back to you.
- Push notification data: To send you ticketing-related reminders (e.g. early-bird offers, on-sale alerts, or new shows from artists/companies you follow), the App obtains a device push notification token via your device's notification service. This identifier is used solely for sending notifications and for no other purpose.
The App does not collect your geolocation data.
2. How Data Is Used
Data we collect is used only for the following purposes:
- Maintaining your account login state
- Displaying shows and theatre companies you have favourited or followed, adjusted according to your hidden/muted preferences
- Sending ticketing-related push notifications based on your settings, including alerts for new shows from artists/companies you follow
- Writing the show reminders you enter into your device's local calendar
- Reviewing seat-view photos you upload and, once approved, displaying them publicly so other users can reference the sightline
- Verifying and following up on show information you submit via the public submission form
- Diagnosing technical issues and maintaining the App's normal operation
- Aggregating favourites/follows/hidden preferences data into anonymised statistics (e.g. rankings of most-followed companies/performers) to improve product features and understand overall user interest trends. Such analysis only involves aggregate figures and does not identify individual users
We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your account and usage data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database hosting service provider. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- Service providers necessary to operate the App (e.g. database hosting provider Supabase, push notification services, app store platforms), who process such data only to the extent necessary to provide services to the App
- Where required by law or a lawful request from a government authority
Seat-view photos that have been reviewed and approved are displayed publicly within the App to all users (without showing your account identity), to help other users understand the sightline from that seat.
5. Your Rights
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data being collected, we will delete it promptly.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the effective date on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest information.
